Missing 14-year-old Hamburg girl found safe

UPDATE: According to a press release from the Arkansas State Police, Escarlet Teresa Rios-Gordin, 14, was found safe less than 24 hours after being reported missing from Hamburg in Ashley County.

Escarlet was last seen on July 13th at 2:30 a.m. near North Main Street, Hamburg, Ark., wearing gray sweatpants and a white t-shirt with a blue and white tie dye undershirt. She has a birthmark on her left palm and a chipped front tooth.
