C&L Electric to have planned outage on Sunday, Sept. 22
C&L Electric will take a planned outage on Sunday, September 22nd. This outage will be required to perform necessary upgrades to the Glendale substation, according to a press release from the company.
For crews to complete this work safely, members on Pansy and Palmyra substations should expect an outage for approximately three hours beginning at 5:00 A.M.
Communities on Palmyra substation: Palmyra, Glendale, Feenyville, Hudgin, Griffith Springs, Spring, Eunice, Calmer, Woodlawn, Friendship, Randall, and Rowell.
Communities on Pansy substation: Pansy, Cornerville, Herbine, Rye, and Harper.
In the release C&L Electric said “We will do everything we can to limit the time that our members are without power.”
Should the outage be canceled due to weather or project delay, it will be rescheduled for a later date.
